Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become a viable alternative to domestic litigation in recent years, and is mandatory in most counties in South Carolina, including York County.
Mr. Baity completed his ADR Certification training through the South Carolina Bar in 2012 and accepts private and court-appointed cases addressing all Family Court issues. Mr. Baity represents individual clients involved in mediation, and also sits as an impartial mediator for parties represented by counsel or appearing pro se.
